We have single rooms and studios available. All our rooms are equipped with a study table and chair, bed, armchair or sofa, depending on the type of room, and air conditioning. The price of our rooms includes bed linen and towels, as well as room cleaning, change of sheets and towels once a week. We also offer great common areas including kitchen, study area, TV room, vending machines and laundry facilities.

Take line 8 (pink) towards Nuevos Ministerios. Get off at Colombia. From there, switch to line 9 (dark blue) towards Puerta De Arganda. Get off at Principe de Vergara.
